How do I create a ticket?
Sign in with Steam and Discord, pick a category, then fill in the short form.
How do I appeal a ban?
Choose Ban appeal. Be honest, lying results in an automatic denial.
How do I report a player?
Use F7 in-game for a quick report, or open a Player report here. Any clip or screenshot helps, but it is not required.
Where is my SteamID?
steamdb.info/calculator, paste your profile and copy the 17-digit ID.
How do I get someone's SteamID?
Open the F7 report menu in-game, find them in the list and copy their SteamID. Or click their name on the leaderboard and copy it from the URL.
Where is my order reference?
It starts with pn- and is in your purchase confirmation email.
How long do replies take?
It depends who is on. Ban appeals take longer for a full review.
