Refund policy

The short version

Everything in our store is a digital good delivered the instant you pay. Because of that, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital goods

Everything sold through our store is a digital good, including:

  • VIP packages and memberships
  • In-game items, kits, and resources
  • Server access and privileges
  • Cosmetic items and skins
Instant delivery

Digital goods land on your account automatically the moment payment is confirmed. There's no waiting period between paying and receiving your items or benefits.

No-refunds policy

Because delivery is instant, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for store purchases. By completing a purchase, you're agreeing that:

  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment
  • You expressly consent to that immediate delivery
  • You waive the right to cancel once delivery has started
  • No refund will be issued after purchase
European Union customers

EU consumer law normally gives you a 14-day cooling-off period on online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is waived once you:

  1. Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
  2. Acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins

Clicking "Purchase" or "Buy Now" in our store counts as giving this consent and acknowledgment.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund, at our discretion, in a few exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate purchases: an accidental double charge for the same item
  • Technical failure: payment went through but items weren't delivered because of an error on our side, after we've looked into it
  • Unauthorized transactions: a fraudulent purchase made without the account holder's consent, once verified

To ask for an exception review, open a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase with your transaction details.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will lead to:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Removal of all purchased items and benefits
  • A permanent ban from all Scarab Rust services

If something's wrong with your purchase, talk to support first. We'd rather fix a legitimate problem than see it turn into a ban.
