The home of Rust in the Middle East
The Arabic Rust community has grown for years without a home built around it. Scarab Rust is being built to be that home: a place tuned for how the region actually plays, in the region's languages, on the region's clock.
Why we are building this
For years, Rust players across the Gulf had no real home. European servers meant punishing ping. American servers meant playing at the wrong hours against a community that did not share the language or the timezone. The Arabic Rust community made do, spread thin across servers that were never built for it. We think that is a waste of one of the most passionate player bases in the game.
Scarab Rust exists to fix that. We are building low-ping servers hosted for the Gulf, a staff team that works Middle East hours, and a community that runs fluently in both Arabic and English. Not a European server with an Arabic channel bolted on, but a Rust community designed around the Middle East from the first line of code.
What we stand for
Fair fights first. Active anti-cheat and real moderation are not features, they are the whole point. A rank means nothing if the ladder is not clean, so ours will be. We are building in the open, with the community, because the people who play here should shape the place they play.
And we are building it to last. Public profiles that carry your record from wipe to wipe. A leaderboard that means something. Guides and tools written in Arabic by people who actually play.
